How long does my shipping take?

The shipping usually takes 3-5 working days depending on which city you live in. On top of that there is a 48 hours dispatch time (how we take to prepare an order for shipping). But we will always try our best to get our products to as soon as we possibly can.

Can I change my address once I made an order?

Unfortunately once the order is made and confirmed, you are unable to make any changes to you address. You may be able to call the courier service, give them your order number and ask them directly if you can provide a new address.

Once you've made your order, you are unable to make any changes. You can however contact our team and arrange for to change your items directly.

Can I return my items?

Yes, as long as you are eligible for a refund. We have a 15 day return policy. As long as the items to you ordered have not been worn and still in its original condition as it arrived.

Yes, we have a 15 day exchange policy. As long as the items to you ordered have not been worn and still in its original condition as it arrived.

What if I'm unsure about my sizing?

Please check our sizing guide here, that will you choose the correct size. However if you find your products came in the wrong size for you, please feel free to exchange to the right size.

What if I received a faulty item?

We will be terrible sad and sorry for the inconvenience. We went through a thorough quality control process but humans can still make errors. Please contact us immediately and send us a picture of the faulty items with your message. However, unfortunately if you fail to send anything above 15 days we will not be able to return/exchange the products.

Try to contact us just once, as we handle all of our inquiry in order of the date received- meaning if you have yet to hear from and contact us again, you will be moved to the back of the queue again.
